Commissioned Postcard: K is for Kingfisher

I’ve loved alphabet books since I was a child. Edward Gorey‘s alphabet books were my favourite (particularly The Gashlycrumb Tinies) – they were delightfully macabre. When I was asked to create a postcard of a kingfisher I used the opportunity to play around with typography and the alphabet book format.
